1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse through our collection of unique and captivating scented candles. Once you have found the perfect candle, select the quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button. Review your order in the cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, and click on "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also choose to pay using PayPal for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on your location. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on our return process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Return costs are to be covered by the shopper.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Are your candles made with natural ingredients?

Yes, our candles are made with natural soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. We prioritize using eco-friendly and sustainable materials in our candle-making process. Our candles are free from harmful chemicals and are safe for you and the environment.

6. How long do your candles & wax melts last?

Our typical candles are about 8oz usually a little more burn for roughly 64 hours.

Wax melts during testing of our products we have found they smell strongest in the first 4 days of constant warming, after four days the smell is a little more subtle and after 2 weeks when changing out my waxes we still found that the wax was fairly fragrant. 

7. Always follow our Best Burn Practice's for all candles!

A candles lifespan & optimal usage is dependent on the first burn. Before your candle is lit each time ensure you are trimming the wick to 1/4 inch in height this is roughly the thickness of a standard piece of cardboard.

 Your first burn should be a minimum of 3-4 hours or until the candle has melted to the edges of the container 

Never leave your candle unattended, burning for any longer than 4 hours, away from flammable objects & out of reach from children and or pets.
