At Luna Scout Creations, every candle and wax melt is handmade in small batches with love and care. Because of this, please allow time for us to prepare your order before it ships.

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days.
During restocks, markets, holidays, or large launches, processing times may extend to 7–10 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship using a variety of trusted carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, it will typically arrive within
3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

🇨🇦 Shipping Locations

At this time, Luna Scout Creations ships within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping.

📍 Local Pickup – Fort McMurray

Free local pickup is available in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
You will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

🕯️ Warm Weather Shipping

Candles and wax melts may soften or melt in high temperatures.
Luna Scout Creations is not responsible for melting during transit, but we package all orders carefully to help protect your items.

If your product arrives softened, allow it to cool and solidify before use. This will not affect performance.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Please contact the carrier using your tracking number

  • Marked delivered but missing: Check with your local post office and neighbours

Luna Scout Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
